Answers to common questions about Suwanee Pools weekly service, chemicals, scheduling, weather, repairs, saltwater pools, and service availability.

Frequently asked questions

Know what to expect.

What does weekly pool service include?

The exact scope is defined by the service agreement and pool configuration. It may include water testing and adjustment, surface cleaning, baskets, brushing, cleaning equipment as needed, circulation observations, notes, and photos.

Do saltwater pools still need chlorine?

Yes. A salt system generates chlorine from salt. The pool still needs sanitizer-output monitoring, pH management, water balancing, and cell care.

What happens when weather affects the route?

Routes can change because of storms, unsafe conditions, traffic, or repair needs. Suwanee Pools focuses on communication and completing the appropriate service work rather than promising an exact arrival time.

Are repairs included with weekly service?

Routine observations may identify a concern, but diagnostics, repairs, replacement parts, and non-routine work are separate unless the service agreement specifically states otherwise. Additional work is discussed first.

How do I know whether you serve my address?

Submit the property address and requested service. Availability depends on route density, pool type, service needs, and current capacity.
